Caller ID not showing names on BlackBerry

I have also been having this same problem with my 8330.
I have found a solution to our problem. The above poster is correct that if the phone is locked you can not see the name of who is calling but only the number.
To fix this go to options => security options => general settings => then go down to "Include address book", for this option select NO. This is what is preventing the phone from showing you Contact names on incoming calls while the phone is locked!

Airtel gprs setting for blackberry

For Airtel gprs settings in blackberry handset follow the steps :

1. Press the menu key
2. Then select options.
3. Then select advanced options.
4. Then select TCP.
5. Then you will find APN and in APN you need enter airtelgprs.com(Type airtelgprs.com everything in small letters,without leaving any space in between) ,and leave username and password blank.
6. After doing the settings press the menu key and press save.
7. After doing the settings you also need to activ the gprs services from the service provider to use the gprs service.

next you will have to download operamini on your desktop and transfer it to your mobile. 

Thats it. Now you are ready to use airtel gprs on blackberry phone in india.

How to delete undeleteable files and folder from computer

Some files in a computer or removable media are undeleteable.
You can’t delete them by doing them but with this idea you can can delete it.

To delete follow these simple steps:-
1)Download Kill box at Here 
2)Run it.
It shows the box like this:-

3)Enter path of file by pressing browse button.
4)Click on X sign.
Now, You can easily delete un deletable files and folders easily.

How to fix error If you change a file name extension, the file may become unusable while renaming file

Are you getting such type of message while changing file name? If yes here is trick to hide this message forever. This is not a big problem this is just caused by deselecting Hide extensions for unknown file types in View tab of Folder Options. It is showing extension of all known and unknown files. Now you should hide it.

How to Hide this message and extension forever.

Step 1: Goto My Computer
Step 2: Click On Tools and click Folder Options 







Step 3: Now in Folder Options window click on View tab  
Step 4:: Scroll down you will see Hide extensions for unknown file types 





Click on that box.  
Step 5: Click OK

How to fix error You do not have the proper privilege level to change the System time

Hey friends are you getting this message “You do not have the proper privilege level to change the system time” while changing system time.I was also getting this message and i thought it was due to virus just like virus use to disable task manager,regedit…etc. and i was also searching how to fix this error like you. I searched for half an hour in web but i didn’t get idea.At last finally i knew the reason.

what was my reason behind this problem?

 If you have administrator privileges try these two things. goto Control Panel-> Admin Tools-> Local Security Settings -> Local policies and look for " change the system time"  Try enabling it for admin group and see what happends. Also you can try to disable it for all, reboot, enable it for all, reboot and see if you can change it then.
